We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note that personalized orders require 3-4 days for production before shipping. The average shipping time is 1-2 days .
Tracking numbers are updated 3-5 days after your order is shipped.
I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. Return shipping is at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we'll issue a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at no extra cost! However, this must be done before the order is shipped . If the order has already shipped, you can use our easy returns process for a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what now?
If you accidentally entered an incorrect address, please respond to your order confirmation email as soon as possible and confirm the correct address.
- If the address is incorrect, we can change it within 24 hours .
- After 24 hours we can no longer change the address and no refund will be given.
