Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it's possible that something is wrong with a product. In that case, you can claim under the warranty.
Our products come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect, the jewelry will be replaced free of charge. Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns or reshipping.
If the jewelry is damaged in some other way, such as by falling, bumping, breaking, or getting caught, this is not covered by the warranty, but by repairs . Separate terms and conditions and costs apply for repairs.

Complaints procedure
