At Amsterdam Sieraad, we package every order with love and care. Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries. You can easily return your order, provided it doesn't fall under any legal exceptions.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

You will then receive a credit for the full order amount, including shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs from your home to our webshop. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package (depending on the carrier).

Please note: Jewelry that has been custom-made or personalized (such as engraved products) falls under the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned .

Return Policy

  • The product should be returned – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
  • Please handle the product with care. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, a depreciation charge may apply.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.

    Please state your order number and which items you wish to return.
  2. Pack the items carefully in the original packaging or other sturdy packaging.
  3. Send the package to:

  4. Send via a parcel service of your choice. Keep your shipping receipt.
  5. Refund:
    After registering the return and receiving the product in good condition, we will refund the full order amount (including original shipping costs) within 14 days .

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I want to return a personalized piece of jewelry?
Personalized products, such as engraved jewelry, are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

Can I also receive a return label from you?
No, we don't currently offer return labels. You can choose your own shipping method. The shipping costs are your responsibility.
